How It Works

Four steps, no surprises.

Every project starts with a walk-through. You see the quote before any work begins. Most jobs are scheduled within two weeks.

Call or Text

Reach out with what's going on. We schedule a walk-through — usually within a week, Sunday evening quotes by request.

Walk & Quote

On-site assessment, line-item scope of work, materials estimate. Written SOW delivered same day or next.

Approve & Schedule

You sign the SOW, we lock in the start date. Typical lead time is 1–2 weeks depending on materials and season.

4

Build & Close Out

Work proceeds on schedule. Walk-through at completion, materials receipts handed off, change orders only for surprises discovered along the way.

Materials Policy

Straightforward pricing, no markups.

Materials are billed at cost plus 10%, with receipts. Default supplier is Lowe's. You see every line on the invoice.

Materials Mark-up
Cost + 10%, with receipts attached to your invoice. No hidden margins.
Default Supplier
Lowe's. You can substitute another supplier if you prefer — pricing stays the same.
Labor
Quoted as a fixed line item per the scope of work. Doesn't change unless the scope changes.
Change Orders
Hidden damage, unforeseen discoveries, or changes once work is underway are a separate change order — never a surprise on the final invoice.
Payment
Zelle preferred. Cash, Check, and Venmo also accepted. Payment terms on the SOW.
Workmanship
Guaranteed. If something we did fails under normal use, we come back and fix it.
